Delete your account

How to remove your ParentHabits account and associated data

You can delete your ParentHabits account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you still have the app installed

1. Open ParentHabits and sign in
2. Go to the About tab
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@sumaqworks.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication record (email, hashed password)
• Your user profile in Firestore
• All habits, habit completions, calm moments, and reflections associated with your account

Anonymous, aggregated analytics events may be retained in Firebase Analytics for up to 14 months as part of standard retention. These cannot be linked back to your individual account once the account is deleted.
